Charlotte’s Mother, Rose commented that Cristal was always 'grumpy' until she had McTimoney treatment by Mary.

She has now had treatment at the beginning and end of her competition season. Soon after, Cristal was 6th at David Broome’s Championship for Great Britain competition.
